  • Proficient in Solidworks for design and conception of mechanical subsystems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and production plants
  • Experience in developing and implementing maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and percentage of delays
Responsibilities
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Responsible for the implementation of a maintenance management software (GuideTI)
  • Develop a new generation of preventive maintenance based on global best practices
  • Participate in the implementation of reliability tools (kitting, predictive, etc.)
  • Participate in the writing of SOPs and TPM (autonomous maintenance)
  • Develop and implement maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, percentage of delays, etc.
  • Work closely with the management team
  • Communicate with suppliers and production plants
  • Create drawings of parts and design mechanical subsystems under the supervision of the director
  • Update data and procedures for the factory's preventive maintenance program and equipment; identify sources of improvement
  • Research components of mechanical systems
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers
  • Place orders and ensure delivery follow-ups
  • Supervise installations of mechanical systems
  • Perform any other related tasks
