Requirements
  • Two-year engineering degree or certificate from an accredited two (2) year college, university, or technical school or minimum 2 years work experience in a related technical field
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and driven to continually learn, develop, and adapt
  • Ability to assist in problem analysis and independent decision-making
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics of battery/electronic components
  • Good team communication skills required
  • Experience with Google G-Suite, Slack, and application lifecycle
Responsibilities
  • Assemble test fixtures, including mechanical and wiring/electrical assembly
  • Maintain and improve test equipment
  • Contribute to and follow test procedures with completeness and accuracy
  • Clean up tests and equipment after completion and document findings
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and efficient work environment
  • Comply with safety regulations
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
