Requirements
  • Two-year engineering degree or certificate from an accredited two (2) year college, university, or technical school or minimum 2 years work experience in a related technical field
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and driven to continually learn, develop, and adapt
  • Ability to assist in problem analysis and independent decision-making
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schematics of battery/electronic components
  • Good team communication skills required

Responsibilities
  • Assemble test fixtures, including both mechanical assembly and wiring/electrical assembly.
  • Maintain and improve test equipment for both internally developed and externally purchased tools.
  • Contribute to and carefully follow test procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy every step of the way.
  • Clean up all tests and test equipment after test completion and document any findings with rigor.
  • Look out for your teammates and maintain a safe, positive, and efficient work environment
  • Use all mandated safety equipment and comply with all safety requirements in accordance with company and government regulations and guidelines
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
