Responsibilities
  • Define, refine, and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new features, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics to measure product performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to analyze geolocation data, identify fraud trends, and implement robust preventative measures.
  • Serve as a primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to product development.
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Conduct deep market and customer research to gather insights and validate product concepts.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the product is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets high design standards.
  • Ensure the product complies with relevant security and privacy regulations.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Develop and implement processes to operationalize new product features.
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize detailed user personas to guide product development and marketing strategies.
