The Practice – A Brief Sketch

As a part of the High-Tech team, you will work with leading High-tech clients across the

globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and

integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Let’s infuse fresh thinking in the systems and turn new ideas into reality. As a part of the

team, you’ll help drive the following:

• Advise clients on the BRIM process based on the leading industry practices.

• Collaborate with client teams, including order management team, finance, and

operations, to ensure seamless execution.

• Utilize SAP BRIM platforms to manage and optimize subscription processes for

clients.

• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Provide training and support to client sales teams on order creation best practices.

• Ensure all client sales activities are documented and tracked in the system.

• Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers

and presentations, on High-Tech industry topics.

Job Description: We are looking for a Functional Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience,

specifically in the High-Tech industry, to join our team. The candidate should possess

analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking to assist our clients in achieving

growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

outcomes. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the following:

• Become a member of the Intelligent Functions team, a crucial capability

within our sub-industry areas to support Platforms-driven business design and

assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business

process re-engineering.

• Assist with solutions for client challenges in the SAP BRIM landscape,

providing expert insight throughout the project lifecycle.

• Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues in

time

• Effective presentation and communication skills

• Serve as an SAP Functional Consultant and assist with solutions for end-to[1]end request for proposal requests.

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, scope, discover and

define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop a

roadmap to achieve their objectives.

• Develop innovative solution designs that leverage our extensive service

offerings.

• Support our business development initiatives, collaborating with our teams in

proposal generation, shaping the solution plan, and defining the delivery

approach for SAP transformations.

• Oversee ERP integrations, including SAP, and assist in developing proof of

concepts as required.

• Strong analytical skills for clarity and data insights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Your expertise counts!

  • 2-5 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years with SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, FI-CA)

  on SAP delivery engagements.

  • Have supported the team during the initial project phases such as design and have a

  good understanding of one or more SAP BRIM modules, including

  configuration/enhancement and end-to-end data flow.

  • Experience in working on 1-2 transformation and implementation delivery programs

  for global clients.

  • Client-facing experience is plus. Experience in early project phases such

  as design and blueprinting are also beneficial.

  • MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school is definitely a plus.

  • SAP BRIM Certification is also an added advantage.
