  • Associate degree in a technical field (electrical, mechanical, electronics, etc.) or equivalent vocational training.
  • High school diploma with demonstrable technical aptitude and relevant coursework.
  • Some experience in a technical or manufacturing setting, especially with electrical or mechanical systems.
  • Basic electrical safety certifications or other relevant industry-recognized credentials.

Responsibilities
  • Understand product test requirements and procedures for Battery packs.
  • Assist failure analysis engineers in assembling, disassembling, and inspecting battery packs during Failure analysis;
  • Utilize inspection and measurement equipment to qualify product quality by following established operating instructions.
  • Battery pack inspections at customer site or Gotion repair center to prevent faults from entering customer's production line
  • Maintain accurate and complete inspection records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Generate test reports, verifying that report data accurately reflects testing results.
  • Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
