Responsibilities
  • Lead calls with international customers to identify customer needs and provide solutions through various IXL products
  • Conduct cold outbound outreach through prospecting within your territory
  • Qualify inbound and outbound sales leads to communicate IXL's value proposition to new international customers
  • Track activities and detailed notes on progress of sales opportunities, leads, and accounts in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Account Management to assist with the tracking and management of renewals and expansions from existing customers
