- A commercial vocational qualification in the real-estate sector, such as training as a real-estate agent or several years of experience in the real-estate industry.
- Accounting experience and knowledge of operating-cost law.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Yardi, IMS, REALAX, and iX-Haus is desirable.
- Fluent German language skills are required.
- Independently prepare operating-cost and heating-cost statements for complex residential and commercial properties.
- Support property management in recording and reviewing provisions in leases.
- Take responsibility for accurate cost allocation according to causation.
- Process and respond to inquiries and objections concerning operating-cost and heating-cost statements.
- Support the maintenance of billing-relevant master data in various administration systems.
- Prepare heating-cost and user data for metering-service companies.
- Support the preparation of seller and closing-date statements during changes of ownership or property manager.
