- Work closely with UX Researchers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to refine and execute design solutions
- Contribute to and help evolve Saviynt’s design system to ensure consistency across the platform
- Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed to enhance the overall user experience
- Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to elevate design quality
- Set clear goals and expectations for the design team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Oversee project prioritization and bandwidth allocation to align design efforts with the product roadmap
- Conduct regular design reviews, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to UX best practices
- Act as a liaison between UX design, product management, and engineering to streamline workflows and optimize collaboration
- Advocate for design excellence and communicate the value of UX to executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Identity Security, Access Management or Cybersecurity domain experience
- Strong capability to understand complex data structure, provide design options on diverse hierarchies and do reasonable validation
- Experience with motion graphics and UI animations for web apps
- Experience with enterprise web-based products focused on platform administration
- Experience with HTML and CSS and front-end prototyping
- Experience with user research and quantitative usability testing
- Knowledge of database and programming
- Experience with technical platform products and developer users
- Experience with quantitative user behavior analysis software tools
- Background in SaaS products
