  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD) as well as Figma or related design tools
  • Robust design portfolio with a combination of print and web, including branding
  • Basic web design experience (landing pages using programs like Wix)

  • Email Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and highly engaging graphics for email marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience
  • Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling visual narratives through images, illustrations, and infographics that convey the message effectively and enhance the overall email experience
  • Responsive Design: Ensure that email graphics are responsive and render correctly across various email clients and devices to provide a seamless user experience
  • A/B Testing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design A/B testing variations of email graphics to optimize performance and achieve an increase in goal metrics
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines in all email designs, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand image
  • Data-Driven Design: Utilize data and analytics to make informed design decisions, focusing on elements that drive the highest engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, email marketers, and other team members to ensure that visuals and copy align to create a unified message
  • Optimization: Continuously assess and refine email graphic designs based on performance metrics and industry best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test email graphics to ensure they function as intended, are free of errors, and comply with spam regulations
