Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage day-to-day projects and incoming requests on behalf of the CEO or President
  • Work on planning a dinner or event for the CEO or President
  • Investigate special project ideas or opportunities
  • Manage cross-functional projects requiring collaboration across many functions and their executive leaders
  • Research new business opportunities and geographies
  • Ensure that the right things get prioritized
  • Ensure all the details get executed to plan
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing the CEO & President’s communications and serving as a liaison between internal teams
  • Maintain the CEO & President’ calendar, prioritizing appointments and work blocks for maximum productivity and impact
  • Manage travel logistics including developing itineraries, booking flights, hotel accommodations and car services
  • Partner and influence cross-functionally with internal teams like People, Operations, Finance, Growth, Product, Engineering and others
  • Work on special projects to include presentation slide content creation, coordination of small events, and data research
  • Support new employee onboarding by hosting a regular “New Hire Onboarding” Session
  • Manage the CEO & President’s network of contacts and connections and draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO & President, along with expense tracking, and ad hoc personal tasks
