Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus), Salesforce CPQ, and other GTM tools like (Clari, LeanData, D&B, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including security, data management, and automation tools.
  • Experience with user management, profiles, roles, territories, permission sets, creating and customizing reports and dashboards in go-to-market tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in user support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in quality assurance, including testing Salesforce and CPQ configurations and customizations to ensure they meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce and support, assisting end users and resolving issues.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective GTM solutions.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and access control.
  • Develop and maintain process automation to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on Salesforce configurations and customizations to ensure they meet business needs and maintain system integrity.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation to promote best practices and increase user adoption.
