- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 5–8+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP knowledge
- Experience with brokerage statement reconciliations and general ledger accounting
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to safeguard confidential information
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Handle month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations across multiple entities
- Prepare and review brokerage statement reconciliations and light trust accounting
- Support preparation of financial reports and quarterly/annual tax compliance
- Process accounts payable, distributions, and assist with budgeting/variance analysis
- Maintain organized records and contribute to process improvements
- Background in financial services, investments or related industries preferred
