Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

What you will be doing:

Assist in drafting, processing, submitting, monitoring, reviewing, and correcting military and civilian award and decoration staff packages submitted by Space Systems Command organizations in accordance with applicable instructions and prepare them for senior leader review.
Provide weekly status briefings regarding the awards program, including timeliness statistics (CDRL A001).
Continually evaluate the awards and decorations processes and with approval from the Government, develop guidance and incorporate process improvement initiatives to improve the timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy of the process; providing training to appropriate stakeholders as required.

In compliance with California’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Delta Solutions & Strategies considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
