- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Datadog, Google Analytics)
- Utilize Datadog and other data analysis tools to monitor trial activity and identify potential customer roadblocks
- Proactively reach out to trial users who may be encountering difficulties and offer personalized support
- Conduct user interviews to gather information about customer use cases, business needs, and technical requirements
- Provide basic customer support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through product features
- Triage customer needs and escalate complex issues to more advanced technical resources when necessary
- Assist the product team with tasks such as creating user personas and documenting customer feedback
