Requirements
  • BA or BS in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, Psychology, or related field of study with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS/cloud products and an eagerness to learn more
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Datadog, Google Analytics)
Responsibilities
  • Utilize Datadog and other data analysis tools to monitor trial activity and identify potential customer roadblocks
  • Proactively reach out to trial users who may be encountering difficulties and offer personalized support
  • Conduct user interviews to gather information about customer use cases, business needs, and technical requirements
  • Provide basic customer support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users through product features
  • Triage customer needs and escalate complex issues to more advanced technical resources when necessary
  • Assist the product team with tasks such as creating user personas and documenting customer feedback
