  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 + years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS/cloud environment.
Responsibilities
  • Execution of integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives across various channels including email, social, web, events, and more.
  • Organize and execute webinars and seminars, including content development, speaker coordination, and technical setup. Ensure smooth delivery and high engagement.
  • Develop compelling presentations for internal and external use, including sales pitches, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Utilize multimedia elements to enhance the impact.
  • Plan, create, and edit promotional video materials for various platforms, including the company website, YouTube, and social media channels. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze the performance of video content, webinars, and seminars. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Support website content and functionality enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities and help execute social media strategy through competitive research, messaging development, audience acquisition, and social listening. Assist with the design, build, and execution of social media content.
  • Coordinate and manage projects with external creative agencies, and internal teams on various projects.

  • Background in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complex issues and subject matters.
  • Strong project management skills, interpersonal communication skills and a successful track record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic Graphic Design Capabilities using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create visually appealing marketing materials and digital content.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlines and balance multiple projects.
  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others.
  • Experience with Zoom, LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot a plus.
