Requirements
  • A minimum of ten years in Presales/Solution Consulting experience (preferably SaaS)
  • A minimum five years in management experience managing team of Presales or Services
  • Experience in managing an EMEA regional team
Responsibilities
  • You will be creating and implementing a comprehensive regional strategy for the EMEA Presales team and operate a vision for Presales that aligns with EMEA Business & Corporate strategy
  • You are expected to meet and exceed departmental targets while assisting other departments in reaching theirs
  • To achieve and exceed departmental budget you will need to provide data and information on a near real-time basis regarding the performance of the Presales in EMEA to support senior level decision making
  • You will cascade department level strategies and objectives down to individual performance plans and ensure these are fulfilled to work towards our goals
  • A crucial part of this role is to support sales by proactively delivering Presales services and solutions to prospective and current client in the most effective & efficient manner
