Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing for a consumer-facing business ideally in Automotive
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated aptitude in building user empathy and crafting highly personalized messaging

Responsibilities
  • Maintain marketplace demand for the Joyride business by effectively engaging users through owned and paid channels.
  • Develop and execute new user onboarding, retention, and winback strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing communications (email, social media, texting, and more)
  • Work collaboratively with product and analytics to implement new features.
  • Identify and develop new user engagement opportunities through rigorous testing
  • Quickly catch bugs/issues and act urgently to address
