Responsibilities
  • Central issue reporting point for business; coordinate vendor/IT communication; assist in research and resolution
  • Coordination and testing of defect fixes with IT and vendors
  • Management/Administration/Development of Critical Tools Applications
  • Manage annual ISMRP process for internal and vendor applications
  • Documentation of business requirements and coordination of design solutions
  • Coordination and prioritization of approved projects
  • Prioritization of IT and vendor release plan
  • Project plan development and maintenance
  • Facilitating communication to and managing stakeholders across multiple business units and outside vendors
  • Management status reporting
  • Test case development and execution
  • Conduct periodic vendor review meetings
  • Develop and maintain tracking protocol for production issues for all core TA applications
  • Support New business onboarding and conversions
  • Facilitate Client launch matrix and operational readiness meetings.
