- Master's degree in Compliance, risk prevention, or data protection (protection des données personnelles) or in progress of obtaining such degree.
- Participate in the deployment of the Group SOCOTEC compliance program.
- Carry out compliance investigations on third parties using the dedicated software.
- Monitor updates of corruption risk mappings.
- Carry out controls on expenses related to gifts and invitations.
- Assist in updating the data processing register (registre des traitements) and gather information from the relevant services for GDPR compliance.
- Support teams in ensuring new projects are privacy by design.
- Participate in the performance of data protection impact assessments (analyses d'impact).
- Follow internal and external data protection requests in liaison with GDPR correspondents and all Group contributors.
- Coordinate training campaigns and monitor results.
- Perform regulatory watch across all compliance and data protection domains.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the compliance framework.
- Prepare reporting and update compliance indicators.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong analytical ability and proactive approach with autonomy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to take notes and produce reports.
- Good knowledge of Sapin II law and fundamental GDPR concepts.
- Rigour, curiosity, and ability to analyse; discretion/confidentiality.
