Role Overview

ID.me is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Manager to join the team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process to complete complex, technical proposals. You will work closely with our Sales, Engineering, Product, Security, and Fraud teams to draft, edit and deliver high quality responses to Request for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and assist with our yearly compliance audits. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a passion for crafting persuasive value propositions, and excellent organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive the development, coordination, and completion of proposals from proposal kickoff preparation through final submissions
Manage individual proposal responses, including outlining win themes, describing technical solutions, articulating the value proposition, and ensuring high-quality writing while achieving tight deadlines.
Analyze RFIs, RFQs and RFPs to outline the technical requirements, structure the overall response, leverage pre-existing content, and identify information gaps
Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to draft, develop, and write compelling value propositions and technical sales documentation
Ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and the technical solution are well-articulated and consistent throughout final proposal documents
Edit and maintain a content library of technical sales topics, updating previously developed material and adding new information as appropriate
Organize and prepare information and data for use in a wide variety of complex technical proposals
Write persuasively about complex technical concepts related to digital identity, SaaS, cyber security, and fraud prevention
Use a detail oriented approach to responding to security questionnaires
Continuously improve proposal writing processes by reflecting and learning from previous proposal efforts
Prepare deliverables, including online submissions, electronic documents, and hard copies
Assist with yearly compliance audit documentation processes

Ideal Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of proposal writing and management experience including drafting, reviewing, and editing proposals
Experience managing complex, performance-based proposals, involving cross-functional teams
Excellent writing and editing skills, including experience with technical writing and editing
Ability to work proactively and independently to provide high quality proposal responses, while managing multiple efforts and meeting tight deadlines
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks for a team of subject matter experts
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
APMP Certification preferred

The annual base salary listed does include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.

The above represents the anticipated total rewards package for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors.

Pay Range

$115,000—$153,000 USD
