  • Maintain accurate documentation within Salesforce
  • Lead daily community operations
  • Moderate support-related posts and handle escalations
  • Engage with community members and gather feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and relay feedback
  • Travel onsite for training and relationship-building
  • Partner with peers to create course curriculums
  • Help manage professional services requests
  • Moderate customer engagement on the community platform
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge
