- Demonstrated expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting PC systems, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1, MS Office 2013 applications, Windows based applications, network configuration, TCP/IP, SQL and memory management.
- Provide floor walk support to assist end users during desktop migration.
- Assist end users with desktop software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Install and configure network printers.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of remote access including Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Network.
- Assist users with configuring email on smartphones.
