Minimum 10 years experience in Information Technology (at least 3 of which include working in the financial industry)
Solid knowledge of and experience with applications development and support. Proven track record of technology team lead or team management experience including staff development
Experience managing and supporting mission critical systems in a high pressure environment
Extensive Vendor management experience
Experience working with off-shore teams
Excellent leadership, customer service capabilities and strong communication skills to all levels of management
Ability to motivate and establish clear directions for the team to follow
Demonstrated problem solving ability and self motivation
Ability to quickly establish requirements and ability to work closely with the business to deliver the most appropriate outcome.
