ProSidian Seeks a Military/War Hero Keynote/Guest Speaker | Military And Government [ESC1T165] for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) Across The South Central  Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices.

We seek Military/War Hero Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC1. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Military And Government Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Military/War Hero Keynote/Guest Speaker | Military And Government [ESC1T165]

Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Military/War Hero Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Military & Government Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants.  Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages.  Military/War Hero speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field.
Military/War Hero Keynote Speaker  Communicates impactful ideas aligned with an organization’s brand values of integrity, growth, and cultural relevance through keynote delivery.  Deliver tailored, high-impact presentations that educate, inspire, and engage diverse audiences across themes relevant to the speaker's expertise.

The role(s) are located in the South Central Region is at or near CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual).  Initially identified Work Site Address (Subject to Change or Working Remotely):  1801 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77592
 

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Military/War Hero Keynote/Guest Speaker | Military And Government [ESC1T165] (ESC1T165) Candidates:

Veteran or active-duty member with speaker training.  Current or previous role aligned with Military & Government activities driving qualifications as a Military/War Hero Keynote Speaker.  Military Honors, Military Rank, and/or previous/current role in Government and Public Services.  Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Military honors or notable service; public speaking or educational storytelling experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications or professional/lived experience in subject area highly valued. 

Veteran or active-duty member with speaker training.  Current or previous role aligned with Military & Government activities driving qualifications as a Military/War Hero Keynote Speaker.  Military Honors, Military Rank, and/or previous/current role in Government and Public Services.  Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) activities Military And Government Functional Area Activities.  

Motivational storytelling, leadership under pressure. Effective communication, audience engagement, storytelling, strategic thinking, adaptability.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

• Bravery, structure, leadership. Emotional intelligence, authenticity, professional presence, and clarity under pressure.

ANCILLARY DETAILS OF THE ROLES

• Involvement in JROTC or civic education programs. Supports broader programming through Q&As, panel moderation, or breakout facilitation.
• Decorated service member or Medal recipient. Provides post-event resources or personalized engagement opportunities for deeper impact.
