Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security principles and possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Operational understanding of computerized accounting systems (Oracle).
  • Payroll systems experience (Dayforce & CloudPay).
  • Human resources software (Oracle HCM).
  • Experience with electronic spreadsheets and related benefits systems as applicable.
  • Proven ability to investigate and resolve internal/external problems satisfactorily and to accomplish tasks within specified time requirements.
  • Capacity to analyze, interpret, and report payroll data.
  • Accurately and efficiently input HR & Payroll data into payroll systems. Complete high-quality reconciliations of HR system data to Payroll system data.
  • Technically proficient with HR and Payroll systems and experience or able to familiarize themselves with tax and reporting requirements and reconciliations.
  • Communicate basic insights from data analysis.
  • Ability to demonstrate independent, objective, open-minded thinking with strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities
  • Review payroll tax reports and returns, work with third parties to address payroll tax discrepancies, resolve inquiries and process amendments/payroll tax adjustments for compliance.
  • Coordinate Payroll audits with internal/external auditors and provide supporting documents upon request.
  • Perform funding reviews of all payrolls and payroll tax, benefits, and related payments.
  • Support timely and accurate processing of expatriate payrolls, expatriate payroll tax filings, and identify and resolve payroll related issues associated with our expatriate employees.
  • Facilitate coding and reclassifications of payroll service provider invoices to ensure accurate and timely accounting.
  • Compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports and spreadsheets, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
  • Accurately enter key data into our accounting and financial systems.
  • Maintain records and document financial processes.
  • Maintain an effective internal controls environment by following all FSG Policy and Procedural Statements, and requesting clarification when guidance is unclear.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis on an as-requested basis.
  • Analyze trends, revenue & cost, financial commitments, and obligations to predict future outcomes. Provide support to management in evaluating company performance.
  • Drive process improvement and efficiency in your area of responsibility while minimizing risk and cost.
  • Report organization's finances to management and offer suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
  • Prepares multiple complex and varied financial reports (including ad hoc reports) that require selection, preparation, and interpretation of data using complex data query tools.
  • Collaborate within the ABS organization to identify and resolve business issues.
