Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in go-to-market engineering or automation-heavy operations within Revenue Operations, Sales, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience building automations, integrations, or artificial-intelligence workflows; Zapier-level experience is the minimum, with Python or application programming interfaces as a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management system, including understanding how system-of-record hygiene affects downstream reporting.
  • Experience with Gong or a comparable call-intelligence platform, including using it to reduce manual customer relationship management data entry.
  • Experience building automation around margin or pricing data and translating contract terms into leakage or uplift signals.
  • Comfort working in issue-tracking tools such as Linear to track multi-week technical workstreams, including migrations.
  • Familiarity with modern artificial-intelligence tooling and a track record of applying it to real operational workflows.
  • Ability to handle customer-facing conversations about billing, onboarding, and order issues clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to question whether work is necessary before building an automated process around it.
Responsibilities
  • Automate contract-to-billing configuration by translating signed terms into correct billing setup and validating it before go-live.
  • Own the onboarding activation tracker and drive each new customer through activation and accurate billing.
  • Build billing reconciliation automation that flags discrepancies before customers see them and own customer-facing dispute resolution through closure.
  • Build SIM order intake and logistics automation to remove Account Executives from the operational path.
  • Build the renewal administration engine, including the renewal calendar, auto-renewal communications, and Salesforce renewal-field hygiene, in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Extend the account health and expansion signal system, route actionable findings to Account Executives, and close the loop on execution.
  • Own migration completion tracking and customer communication in partnership with Solutions on technical execution.
  • Evaluate and integrate artificial-intelligence-powered tooling into the post-sale technology stack.
  • Automate billing, onboarding, and order workflows to reclaim Account Executive time and redirect revenue capacity.
  • Improve billing accuracy through contract-to-billing automation, pre-go-live quality assurance, and reconciliation systems.
  • Accelerate onboarding through automated activation tracking and configuration quality assurance.
  • Build an automated renewal calendar, communications, and customer relationship management hygiene system.
  • Use automated health scoring and signal detection to surface expansion opportunities to Account Executives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to make tooling judgments with incomplete information by running a fast evaluation, forming a view, and acting.
  • Ability to work across Revenue Operations, Solutions, Sales, and account teams to build systems that serve each group.

Hologram provides a global IoT connectivity platform that keeps devices online by using eUICC SIMs that connect to the best available networks. Its service spans over 470 networks in more than 200 countries, enabling reliable, secure data transmission for IoT deployments in industries like healthcare and logistics. The product includes a user-friendly dashboard and a REST API to monitor and manage large fleets of devices. Devices connect through Hologram’s network and are managed via the dashboard/API, with flexible pricing options (pay-as-you-go, monthly, or custom) to fit different business needs. Unlike many single-network providers, Hologram offers broad, redundant coverage and network selection across many carriers, along with simple tools for visibility and control. The company aims to ensure IoT devices stay connected everywhere, delivering real-time data and reliable operation for businesses that depend on continuous connectivity.

What believers are saying

  • Farmer’s Fridge cut IoT connectivity costs 50% after migrating over 2,000 fridges.
  • Hologram serves 6,000 businesses and moves over 3TB of data daily.
  • Conductor’s automated provisioning and policy controls match 2026 RedCap and eSIM adoption trends.

What critics are saying

  • Cisco and major carriers can bundle IoT connectivity, compressing Hologram’s pricing power by 2026.
  • Hologram’s 2022 layoff of 40% signals fragile economics if growth slows again.
  • If Conductor alpha stalls, Hologram loses its best wedge against incumbent connectivity platforms.

What makes Hologram unique

  • Hologram’s Conductor, launched April 2026, orchestrates SIM failover across thousands of devices.
  • Its Hyper SIM stack spans 550+ carrier networks across 190-plus countries, simplifying global deployments.
  • SGP.32 and SGP.02 support lets Hologram manage legacy fleets and next-generation devices together.

Hologram launches Conductor to orchestrate SIM profiles across IoT fleets at scale

Hologram has launched Conductor, a SIM orchestration tool designed for IoT teams managing large-scale device fleets. The platform enables policy-based control over profile switching, network routing and automated provisioning across thousands of devices from a single interface. Conductor allows teams to define automated recovery protocols when carriers fail, manage SIM profiles across entire deployments without hardware access, and optimise connectivity without renegotiating carrier contracts. Farmer's Fridge used Hologram's platform to achieve a 50% reduction in connectivity costs across over 2,000 smart fridges. Hologram has completed tens of millions of eSIM operations to date. The company serves over 6,000 businesses across 190-plus countries and transmits more than 3TB of data daily. Conductor is currently available in alpha, with broader availability expected this summer.
