Responsibilities
  • Actively sell the Doctolib AI Assistant, including the telephone assistant and consultation-hours assistant, to existing customers through structured and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct targeted, empathetic, and efficient sales conversations by understanding needs, identifying challenges, and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently from initial contact through consultation, proposal creation, objection handling, and successful close.
  • Work in a highly structured, KPI-oriented manner by tracking the pipeline, measuring progress, using feedback, and continuously improving.
  • Document activities and results in Salesforce to contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and other teams to optimize the overall customer experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Initial experience in Inside Sales, telesales, or proactive account management of existing customers.
  • A completed degree or comparable vocational training.
