Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in executive search or internal recruiting within the technology sector
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience recruiting for go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.)
  • Deep market knowledge in areas such as enterprise software as a service, artificial intelligence, security, developer tools, and health technology
  • A strong track record of representing notable technology brands and attracting strong candidates
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities
  • Gather the necessary information to truly understand our client companies, their cultures, and position requirements
  • Pitch our clients as effectively, or more effectively, than them
  • Collaborate with the Partner and Analyst to execute differentiated search strategies
  • Develop search materials, including position descriptions, candidate assessments, and status reports
  • Manage and drive research efforts and strategy via an Analyst and your own efforts to ensure the identification of high quality candidates all the while serving as a mentor and coach to the Analyst
  • Manage relationships with passive and active candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline throughout the search process, from kickoff to accepted offer
  • Provide insights on industry trends and competitive landscapes
  • Present data-driven and well-informed candidate updates and search progress to clients
  • Ensure accurate data capture in SPMB’s database
  • Support business development and marketing efforts as needed
