- At least 3 years’ experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7), Experience in version 8 is an advantage
- Strong technical hands on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features

- Experience in design and development of multi lingual / multi country websites

- Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework
- Strong knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server
- Solid programming knowledge of the following databases (MS SQL Server and Oracle)
- Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and webservices
- Data Infrastructure, Content Items
- Presentation - specifically Web Controls
- Placeholder framework, Rules framework, Binding content and presentation, Workflow engine, Platform administration and tuning
- Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS
- Specifically for Sitecore, Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore. Client libraries. Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security etc.
- Track record of leading a Sitecore development team of at least 6 developers
- Strong Analytical skills
- Conversant with release management
- Conversant with unit testing automation
