  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technical field, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Beverage/Foods or Consumer Products sectors.
  • 3+ years in Maintenance with a proven track record in root cause analysis and sustainable problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Finance and Accounting, Project Management, and logical problem-solving techniques.

  • Proven ability to establish priorities, manage tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Integrated Business Plan to meet annual operating plan (AOP) goals.
  • Deliver on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Motivation KPIs, leveraging TPM pillars and best practices to optimize processes.
  • Build and develop salaried and hourly talent through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback, ensuring effective career development.
  • Foster Natural Work Team effectiveness through Kaizen Events, Autonomous Maintenance, and skills-based training.
  • Utilize tools like Team Executional Planner (TEP) to develop TE and run strategies.
  • Partner with functional groups and corporate teams to align goals and share best practices.
  • Lead the execution of Cost Management Processes and department goals to ensure financial efficiency.

  • Root Cause Analysis, Breakdown Analysis, FMECA, and 5-Why methodology.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SAP.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
