Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a change management strategy for Fluence's global digital project implementation
- Create actionable deliverables to drive successful adoption of digital transformation initiatives including but not limited to communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness, manage stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and address potential barriers to digital implementation and adoption
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to understand the impact of the change and identify change champions
- Together with change champions create action plans to ensure successful implementation, high adoption rates and ongoing support of ecommerce project
- Develop communication plans and materials to inform employees, customers, and stakeholders of the changes and the benefits of the digital system
- Create and deliver training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to use and support the digital system effectively
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management efforts and adjust the strategy as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for the digital system
