Requirements
  • Six years of experience in health sciences, behavioral health, public health, education, communication, or a related field, with relevant education substitutable for experience on a year-for-year basis.
  • Experience with program management, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Experience collaborating with communities and with program evaluation.
  • Grant writing and research interest experience.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee implementation and evaluation across outreach projects, with emphasis on developing, implementing, and continuously improving core metrics across projects.
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of telemonitoring and distance education activities.
  • Complete readiness assessments and practice facilitation.
  • Manage data collection, data management, and evaluation associated with outreach projects.
  • Write and submit reports to funding agencies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate data collection and entry into an online system.
  • Promote the project through formal and informal presentations for community events and national and international conferences.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with outreach and supervisory experience with students and employees.
  • Experience with project-related technologies including telehealth, telemedicine, mHealth approaches, and social media.
  • Experience in primary care and school environments.
  • Experience with distance education, facilitation, and virtual learning.
  • A Master's degree or more advanced degree in health sciences, behavioral health, public health, education, communication, or a related field.
