Requirements

Responsibilities
  • IT support for client business applications and operating systems
  • IT support for Microsoft technologies: Microsoft 365, SharePoint
  • IT Support for other core technical software: Okta, Zoom, Cloud Connexa VPN, Atlassian, DocuSign and more
  • Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Monitor help desk and remote management system alerts and respond through service tickets
  • Communicate with customers as required, keeping them informed of incident progress, changes, or agreed outages
  • Monitor general metrics such as Service Level Agreements, tickets per agent, customer satisfaction and others
  • Work effectively in a team and communicate well
  • Ensure requests are routed to the proper resource for quick resolution
  • Escalate service requests requiring more technical support
  • Continue to sharpen personal skills by leveraging Capella training to go deeper or learn a new technology
