Requirements
- At least 3 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull merchandise with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse associates.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product flow.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and warehouse organization.
- Drive productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify process improvements.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
- Conduct team meetings and communicate company goals and expectations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to achieve business objectives.
