Requirements
  • You have 10 years of marketing experience with a specific focus on creative actualization that connects with consumers; you've spent at least 3 years in a technology company or have worked in an agency with technology partnerships
  • You're knowledgeable about marketing strategy at the company and brand level and for specific product lines; you have experience helping to bring different assets to life in support of these strategies
  • You're a clear communicator in both discussion based settings and offline (written) with excellent attention to detail and comprehension of language & visual nuances
  • You can work with different stakeholders of all tenures: you can set expectations and provide well reasoned feedback, ensuring it is actioned
  • You have experience partnering with all marketing functions (brand, creative, product, growth, communications/PR) and product & product design teams
  • You're familiar with the US market and customer base
Responsibilities
  • Partner with members of the marketing team including creative, growth, and product marketing to consult on all company assets
  • Assist with the implementation of multi-channel marketing programs that can include email, direct mail, digital, web, and other marketing communications
  • Leverage strong comprehension of business fundamentals to provide strategic guidance and review for creative briefs and assets during the creative development process based on your deep knowledge of:
  • Consumer market research
  • A/B tests
  • Creative best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion and consistency of brand touchpoints across the entire customer lifecycle (Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, Product, Customer Support etc); you will work on initiatives at the brand level but also specific to each of our product verticals
  • Develop insights on what types of creative drives business outcomes by digging into tactics' performance; ensure findings help shape briefs, plans and asset development
  • Champion brand strategy & guidelines across the organization so that other team members know how to create extraordinary assets inline with our brand. This could take many forms from helping with company strategy and goal setting to guiding trainings to enhance and further the marketing team's propensity to develop outstanding briefs and strategies
