Requirements
  • A track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary, or strategic construction projects, with 8 or more years of experience.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • The ability to make sound decisions under ambiguity and constraint and own the outcomes.
  • Evidence of developing project managers who went on to lead.
  • A data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making and the communication ability to bring others along.
  • Evidence of taking ownership of issues and resolving them proactively.
Responsibilities
  • Set strategic direction for complex, high-value programs by translating organizational priorities into portfolio-level execution.
  • Own planning, resourcing, and delivery across multiple concurrent projects, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner strategically with executive leadership to shape portfolio priorities and long-range business objectives.
  • Develop the next generation of project-management leadership by mentoring project managers.
  • Drive clear communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners, including difficult status updates.
  • Monitor leading risk indicators, intervene early, and deliver executive-level reporting that drives decisions.
  • Lead process and change initiatives that improve standards across the project-management function.
