Acadian Asset Management LLC is a Boston-headquartered investment management firm with wholly owned affiliates located in Singapore, London, and Sydney. As of December 31, 2023, the firm managed approximately US$103 billion on behalf of major pension funds, endowments, foundations, governments and other investors based in the U.S. and abroad.
The Staff Accountant role is within the Corporate Accounting Department which is a dynamic team responsible for all financial transactions, tax accounting, and financial reporting for the firm, including the consolidation of three foreign subsidiaries and all reporting provided to our parent company. The Staff Accountant will be expected to record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger, as well as reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly. They will also assist with the monthly financial close process to ensure that all transactions are posted correctly and reflected accurately on the financial reports. Applications currently utilized within the department are Great Plains accounting system, Management Reporter, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the internal client billing system.
Acadian supports a hybrid work environment, employees are on-site in the Boston office 3 days a week.
