Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience leading implementations and onboardings & working directly with customers.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the external dedicated point of contact for onboarding for a portfolio of high-value mid-market and enterprise accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to drive onboardings successfully and efficiently.
  • Conduct high-level consultations with enterprise clients to understand their complex revenue cycle management challenges and priorities, aligning Juniper's enterprise solutions to meet their sophisticated needs.
  • Take ownership in investigating and resolving complex issues, bugs, or other challenges specific to enterprise clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to find tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and continuously expand a comprehensive understanding of the insurance billing claims lifecycle end-to-end, with a focus on enterprise-specific complexities and requirements.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and data analysis skills to generate in-depth reports, derive actionable insights, and present strategic recommendations to both enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
