- Obtain and maintain delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including cash-on-delivery documents, and submit it promptly.
- Provide customer service while maintaining a professional manner and appearance.
- Ensure orders and documentation are accurate.
- Relay customer messages and communications to appropriate management.
- Maintain a valid commercial driver's license, required endorsements, and Department of Transportation physical card.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
