Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 15 years OR Masters with at least 12 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, operations, business management
  • Must have 4 years of experience leading in a matrixed environment
  • Must have Cost Account Management experience
  • Must have Aerospace & Defense experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading the performance of tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as either project lead, integrated program team or cost account manager
  • At minimum, an active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role
Responsibilities
  • Lead Matrixed organization of approximately 150 employees
  • Drive affordability initiatives and opportunities
  • Champion for leaders and all team members of the supply chain organization
  • Responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, and execution of all supplier content
  • Manage supplier relationships and support negotiations for major subcontract and large procurement suppliers
  • Coordinate planning, budget management and execution of supplier events
  • Total Cost Management of GSC budget allocations
  • Provides leadership for the GSC organization in a matrixed environment, ensuring strategies and plans are aligned with the business areas with a strong focus on mentoring leaders across the GSC functions
  • Issue & Problem Resolution: The ability to identify and quickly address supply chain impacts through a systematic, proactive, approach to issue and problem resolution that identifies, communicates, monitors, and promptly resolves conflicts across all levels of the program
