Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3+ years of partner/channel experience, preferably in physical security, with proven track record and results
  • Distribution program design and operations experience with a track record of repeatable success
  • Self-sufficient and always looking for ways to improve and recommend new, scalable approaches
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
  • Effective relationship building, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce, PRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of the overall company relationship with distribution partners including revenue growth, profit, business partner management, etc
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers to handle distributor administrative issues, along with coordinating with Sales Operations to assist with various administrative issues
  • Maintain Executive-level business relationships with distributors, along with other departments (sales, purchasing, etc.)
  • Develop knowledge of distribution partner priorities, industry trends, and landscape, Rhombus' priorities, and Rhombus' Technology and communicates value of the portfolios and solutions to better differentiate Rhombus from competitors
  • Work closely with field & channel & sales teams to drive net new logo acquisition, upsell and cross-sell via distribution partners
  • Increase partner recruitment and enablement by maximizing the distribution programs available for their vendors/partners
  • Onboard and conduct periodic sales/product training for new and existing distribution partners
