Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the distribution transformer industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning ERMCO's offerings accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and account plans to customers and internal leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic account management plans.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations to maintain positive relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Travel to customer sites and industry events, up to 50% of the time.
