  • Eight plus years of experience in a senior leadership role (for example Chief of Staff, Director or Vice President of Strategy, Director or Vice President of Operations) within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of managing the company-wide Objectives and Key Results process and driving strategic initiatives to successful outcomes at scale.
  • Strong background in project management, process optimization, and results-driven execution.
  • Experience working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership teams, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and solutions to support effective decision-making.
  • Design and execute the company’s Objectives and Key Results process, including prioritizing initiatives, managing and influencing executive stakeholders, company communication, ensuring alignment across the company, and driving accountability to outcomes.
  • Manage the company’s operating rhythm, leading the structured cadence of key processes, meetings, activities and offsites that help the organization run smoothly and achieve its goals.
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects as needed.
  • Manage the Senior Leadership Team, including orchestrating what business gets done when and where, managing the agenda, organizing offsites in partnership with CEO’s Executive Assistant, and building deep relationships with the executive members.
  • Partner with the CEO to own the CEO’s internal communications initiatives such as All Hands meetings and leadership updates, ensuring employees remain connected to and inspired by the company's mission and aligned to current goals.

Juniper Square hires for global fund administration role. Juniper Square hired Jason Sheller to fill the new role of global head of Go-To-Market, Fund Administration. He joins during a period of growth for the firm and will lead the go-to-market strategy for the fund administration business, working with private equity, real estate, and venture capital firms facing increasing LP demands for data transparency and accessibility. Juniper Square's teams, supported by its GPX platform, offer outsourced operational processes such as investor onboarding, compliance, accounting, and reporting. The firm is fund operations partner for more than 2,000 private markets GPs worldwide.
