- Maintain complete knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, products, and preparation methods.
- Maintain knowledge of food allergens and their proper handling.
- Follow the brand’s service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Follow all food-safety and hygiene regulations when handling food and beverages.
- Comply with the hotel’s scheduling and attendance policy.
- Comply with the company’s personal appearance and uniform standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in Michelin-starred or Michelin Guide-recommended restaurants, or establishments recognized by Forbes Travel Guide, Leading Quality Assurance, Leading Hotels of the World, or other international excellence standards.
- Other language skills.
