Requirements
  • Relevant experience (operations, quality and/or R&D) in a large FMCG business
  • Project management and managing multiple priorities
  • Commercial strategy process, product/package development process, food safety, plant commercialization, ingredient and package technology and training and coaching technical material
  • Leadership – coaching and supporting direct reports and indirects across the operation
  • Communicating effectively and leading cross-functional teams
  • Working with external manufacturing suppliers to ensure compliance to our policies and procedures and technical vendors to support compliance
  • Working with stakeholders on quality related issues
Responsibilities
  • Foster cross functional collaboration with operations, safety, business development and engineering
  • Ensure alignment and focus of Quality Partners to defined departments and the on-line capability of manufacturing teams and area leaders
  • Management of internal and external audit requirements
  • Responsibility for HACCP, recipes, GMP, halal, kosher, sanitation, critical consumer complaints and other relevant matters as is required
