Geo Owl acquires Quick Services LLC, expanding full-spectrum GEOINT capabilities for the Special Operations and intelligence communities. May 19th, 2026 Strategic acquisition unites two SDVOSB mission partners to deliver deeper geospatial intelligence, analytic, and operational support to USSOCOM and the broader U.S. Intelligence [...] Strategic acquisition unites two SDVOSB mission partners to deliver deeper geospatial intelligence, analytic, and operational support to USSOCOM and the broader U.S. Intelligence Community. WILMINGTON, N.C. - Geo Owl LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and recognized leader in geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) solutions, today announced the acquisition of Quick Services LLC (QSL), a fellow SDVOSB and trusted full-spectrum intelligence services provider to the U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) community, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. The combined organization brings together two mission-driven, veteran-led companies with deep operational pedigrees and a shared commitment to supporting the warfighter. The acquisition significantly broadens Geo Owl's GEOINT, OSINT, and all-source analytic capabilities while extending the company's reach across SOCOM components, intelligence agencies, and interagency partners. By uniting Geo Owl's technology-forward GEOINT delivery model with QSL's decades of multi-discipline intelligence expertise and SOF continuity, the combined company is positioned to deliver more integrated, more responsive, and more scalable mission support than either could offer alone. Founded in 2003 by Special Operations veterans Mel Wick and Bill Cronin, QSL was built on a SOF culture of selfless service and teamwork, guided by the enduring motto "Stay in the Fight." Under the leadership of Robert Pixley and Jason Sawyer, QSL has continued to grow as a recognized provider of GEOINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, CI, and special security support to some of the nation's most critical national security missions. Geo Owl is honored to carry that legacy forward. Honoring a Legacy of Service Geo Owl recognizes the foundational contributions of QSL's ownership - Mel Wick, Bill Cronin, Robert Pixley, and Jason Sawyer - whose vision and dedication built a company synonymous with integrity, mission focus, and trust within the SOF and intelligence communities. Their decades of combined service, both in uniform and in industry, established the operational credibility and customer relationships that make this combination so compelling. Geo Owl is committed to honoring that foundation by preserving QSL's identity within the mission, retaining its people, and continuing the standards of excellence that QSL's customers have come to depend on. Strategic Rationale Geo Owl's vision is to deliver AI-enabled GEOINT production systems, validated models, data pipelines, analyst-in-the-loop workflows, and mission-ready intelligence outputs to the operators and decision-makers who depend on them. The acquisition of QSL accelerates that vision across every pillar, pairing Geo Owl's technology and engineering depth with QSL's deep bench of cleared, SOF-experienced analysts. Together, the combined organization closes the gap between system and analyst, between data and decision. * AI-enabled GEOINT production systems - QSL's multi-INT mission experience informs the requirements, edge cases, and operator workflows that shape Geo Owl's production systems, ensuring the technology is built for the way real analysts actually work. * Validated models - QSL's GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, and all-source analysts provide the labeled data, ground truth, and tradecraft-informed validation needed to harden Geo Owl's AI/ML models for operational use. * Data pipelines - Expanded CONUS and OCONUS reach extends the combined organization's ability to ingest, fuse, and move multi-source intelligence data across classified environments and forward-deployed mission sites. * Analyst-in-the-loop workflows - QSL brings a deep cadre of TS/SCI-cleared intelligence professionals who keep human judgment, accountability, and tradecraft at the center of every AI-assisted production workflow. * Mission-ready intelligence outputs - The combined company is positioned to deliver decision-quality GEOINT products faster, at greater scale, and tailored to the operational tempo of SOCOM, the IC, and interagency customers. * Two SDVOSBs, one mission - preserving small-business agility while delivering enterprise-grade outcomes for federal customers. Leadership Commentary Continuity for Customers and Employees All current QSL contracts, programs, and personnel will transition under the combined organization with no disruption to ongoing mission support. QSL's name, brand, and team will continue to operate as a recognized part of the Geo Owl family, ensuring that customers retain the same trusted points of contact, performance standards, and operational tempo they have come to expect. Geo Owl is committed to investing in QSL's workforce, expanding career pathways, and continuing the company's tradition of recruiting and retaining the most experienced cleared professionals in the industry.
