  • Experience designing, prototyping, and testing new product concepts.
  • Desire to work in the insurance industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • An undergraduate in engineering with an anticipated graduation date in 2025 or 2026.
  • Authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Research emerging products and services to identify new opportunities to protect homeowners (e.g. new IoT devices, technology partnerships, etc.)
  • Learn how to develop, test, and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive real impact.
  • Help develop prototypes and run pilot projects to see innovations in action.
  • Collaborate with a team and take ownership of an individual Capstone project
  • Share key insights and updates to the Home Services team.
  • Receive coaching, mentoring and feedback from Home Services and other Innovation team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Prior internship and/or research experience in R&D, innovation, or product management
