Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in ad creative production with a proven track record of producing high-performing performance ads
  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, sweepstakes, or betting industries, including working in compliance-sensitive or regulated advertising verticals
  • Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads ecosystems and deep knowledge of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
  • Experience running structured creative testing frameworks and proficiency in AI tools for creative production, including image, video, scripting, and editing
  • Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to optimize creative performance
