Requirements
  • High School degree is desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in Corporate Mail Services.
Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming USPS and overnight courier mail/parcels.
  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail, same day of receipt.
  • Resolve issues with incorrect, returned mail.
  • Pickup outgoing mail from mail stops and apply correct postage.
  • Processing all requests for shipping, preparing all outgoing packages.
  • Communicating with all employees, hybrid, remote and on-site.
  • Working with all vendors, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Stamps.com, USPS, Couriers.
  • Communicating with Postmasters in all regions.
  • Working with Customs to clear for International packages.
  • Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail supplies.
  • Respond appropriately to urgent requests/issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Team.
  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
  • Support various internal departments with shipping detail history receipts and various tasks.
  • Monitor general mailroom email and respond effectively to employees/client requests.
  • Maintains records, prepare forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
  • Process and review mail services vendor invoices weekly online.
  • Receiving all Purchase Order Request.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with Corporate Personnel and Service providers at all levels.
  • Shipping/Mailroom knowledge and experience.
  • Detail Oriented, Prioritizing Requests
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong Microsoft Skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
