  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Comfortable with learning new technologies
  • Skillset in creative problem-solving and data interpretation through the application of payroll knowledge and mathematical concepts
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects to timely completion
  • Strong focus on partners and customers, with excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Comfortable in highly cross-functional and geographically distributed environments, with a track record of collaborative work with Partner Success and R&D teams
  • Experience working with outsourced teams
  • Willingness and ability to attend the annual 3-day company offsite in the fall
  • Manage multiple setup projects simultaneously
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
  • Collaborate to create and improve processes
  • Provide customer service via tickets, email, and phone/video
  • Drive operational efficiency and meet SLAs
  • Provide direct assistance to outsourcing teams and customers
  • Cultivate strong relationships with outsourcing partners
